BLOOD TEST REPORT/ACCIDENTAL DEATH CLAIM

My son passed away last year on 05.11.14. The insurance company refuses to pay out because they say they are awaiting blood results from the health department laboratory. They said it will take about 5 years for the results to be provided as they have a back log. This is unacceptable as I have exhausted all my efforts in trying to obtain these results with no luck. I would like feedback on this urgently.
