Bheki mlangeni appauling service

My highly pregnant girlfriend on 43 weeks who was at the bheki mlangeni hospital since 05:15 am 12/11/2018 and was only admitted into her ward at around 4pm same day.It was not hecticly busy but the service has been appauling.There was 1 particular nurse who was very rude towards patients for no good reason.They dont communicate with patients as to what and why they are waiting.You just get told sit,come,go,in there out and thats really a frustrating and scary thing to wait not knowing whats wrong with you.

Furthermore ever since she has been admitted to the ward she is in now since 4pm she has not been attended to to assess her and set her at ease about her situation.I am a first time father and this is nerve wreking as i only know that you are supposed to be pregnant till only 42 weeks at most and she is on 43 and 1 day yet the sense of urgency amongst the doctors and nurses slow.
