Bad treatment

I have a friend who was admitted at Tembisa Hospital on Saturday (20 August 2022) He was fetched by Ambulance as he was very bad.since Saturday night till today(25 August 2022)his still in casualty, waiting for the results from the doctor. I understand there are procedures, but can the person die 1st so he can be helped,his still the same as Saturday with pains, they took blood test the same day he got there, they took blood test again on Monday and Tuesday, his still waiting, as he doesn't know what's the problem .i am not trying to be funny or teaching people what to do but it's someone's life here, a person can't be in pain from Saturday till today and not know the problem. I am not saying the nurses and doctors must help only him as there are lots of patients who need to be attended, at least they must tell him what's the problem, as I am talking the family they are thinking of transferring him to another hospital, as Tembisa they are not helping. Please advice before we loose him as his situation is not getting better...
