BAD TREATMENT AT MIDRAND WEST CLINIC

The reception guy is very rude, he maltreaded my wife and when i questioned him he started raising his voice to me and we ended up arguing. During our conversation he kept on saying completely a complaint form and he instead to give me one and I am of the view that he knows nothing will be done. He is not suitable to serve our community member and i am afraid that patient with all sort of **** ,abuse wont be helped. He must be transfered somewher please
