Bad services

Good day<br> On the 07-04-2015 my baby boy was so sick so when i woke up for work i decided to go to the clinic in Lower crossroads in Phillipi East here in Cape Town the name of the clinic is Phumlani. I arrived there at 7:22 and the clinic opens at 7:30. The sisters that works there opened and took our cards. We sat there until 17:02 then we were told to come tomorrow without even beign seen by the nurse. <br> <br> They only put my baby on the scale and said i must go and sit down and the clinic was supposed to close at 16:30. I think we were about 50 people that were told to go home. Now the next morning we get there and we are served and we dont complain about yesterday. When i was served now the guy that was helping me was so helpful and he was a student. Now he refers me to this sister Mve and she was so rude, first of all she told me that i must go hold my baby because she wont inject my bags she want to inject the baby. She then told me to hold his arm and from my knowledge a nurse should first wipe you with that sterilized cotton but she never did she just injected my baby and told me that i must go pack my bags outside while my baby now was crying and was busy giving his bottle.
