we living ina world where by we still taking women abuse for granted,my sister was physically abused by a man who we call a family member and it seems like pressing charges against him is dragging and its along process while he damaged my sisters' face with scars Eastern cape department of health including the SAPS it seems like they difenitely not willing to assist us instead the hospital in order for us to open a file we need to pay the public hospital a R50,00 to open a file mind you we are not working from rural areas
