Bad Service

In 2023 June my brother passed on and since then as a family we have been waiting for Postmortem Report since then from Observatory Forensic Pathology Services, and every time I call to follow up we get told that it is still going under investigation and awaiting histology and brain cut 🤦🏽♂️. WC11/1808/2023 is the reference.
