Bad service at thelle mokgarane regional hospital

I'm writing to formally complain about the professional and medical condition of thalle mokgarane regional hospital .i sow the doctor on several occasions between September 2018 to February 2019. My so fell from swing and suffered an elbow dislocation,on 15of September 2018 we rushed to the nearest clinic then we were later transfer to the hospital.sow the doctor and they put cast on the hand told us to come after 2 week for checkup.on the 03 of February went for a checkup again, an x-ray was done and i was told the hand has healed. i was given another dater for checking , i have been to the hospital several times for checkups they always say the hand is fine i must just continue with the physio the problem started on the 06 of February 2019 when i was assisted by a rude doctor Who keeps on interrupting me while i was talking, before i could finish my sentence. He keep on emphasizing how lucky I'm my son still has 2 hands while others don't so i should be greatful so i asked if the was anyone else who could help assist me he rep**** and i code"even us doctor have limits so unfortunately there is nothing that we can do".i must continue with the physio then i was gaven the next date .mind u the elbow is still painful, swelling and unable to bend yet they say they have do their best
