bad service at the clinic

Today it was my childs date for her to go to the clinic, as i was going to work my mom took her to the clinic. They were at the clinic by 7 and still by 12 they were not assisted instead told that they should place an appointment and come back some other time. I phoned the clinic to find out and all i got was a very bad response. No one apologised and the person i spoke to was very rude telling me there is nothing she can do and i should deal with that. Services at public clinics is very bad and that hurts me cos children are not like adults, its tiring to queue up for long and not even get helped. I wish things could be done in different ways at our public clinics and hospitals because no one deserves such bad treatment.
