Bad Service at Protea Glen Clinic

Protea Glen Ext 11 Clinic ..... bad service I have ever experienced in my whole life. I took my child in for drops and there was no one to attend to the kids. The nurses were busy with what, I don’t know. Even when we ask for assistance, they just ignored us. When you take your child to clinic you need assistance not bad attitude. This is the second visit to this clinic. A week ago I went there and I was advised that they not have drops at the moment I should come back after a week which I did. they have already signed my son’s file without giving him drops for 4yrs. If anything happens to my child, I am going to sue them. This is bull****. Joyce ********** 888
