Bad service at ethekwini hospital

My dad's came early hours of Saturday morning with side pains. He was told a doctor will see to him Saturday morning. It is now Sunday afternoon and no doctor has seen to him since. He is currently being treated for kidney stones without any scans and tests done. Dr Buthelezi, the Dr assigned to my dad hasnt met with my dad at all.on sunday during viaiting hrs He tells the nurse my dad must come tdown to his rooms. The service is disgusting. my dads waiting to be discharged and go to another doctor and even now to get him discharged is taking so long as the nurses cannot get hold of this Dr Buthelezi. It is stressful for the patient who is already sick. This is terrible that a doctor can have no time to even diagnose and treat a patient.
