Bad service and attitude

I went to riverlea clinic to get results and I told this to their male receptionist and he sent me to a very long line for sick patients from 9:13 until 12:45 wen I went back they said I was not supposed to have waited that should have went straight to get the results... Such bad attitude and service and when I asked the colleague for his name she refused and said I should just let it go. Even worse my results were not even back since I tested last week Tuesday (8 September)
