Bad service

I took my child for immunization on the 18 Th of December 2014 for 12 month vaccine, they only gave my son vitamin A and others did not and they didn't even notify me, now i took my son to the Dr only to find that they did not give him all 12 months vaccine they had to. this is really not good because I saw on the card that the nurse that was on duty that day did not write anything on the card except that i should bring my son again when he is 18 months and I asked her about it and said they don't write anything on the card, they should have told me that they didn't have the vaccines so that i could go to the Private clinic for my son to get all his 12 months vaccination
