Bad Service

Good afternoon can you kindly help the head of health as there is a big problem with womans clinic in sammy marks pretoria,they got bad service ever i went there yesterday sick from work i arrive there at 10hoo in the morning i didnt get helped till at 4hoo afternoon, us as patients waiting the hole day on the chairs when they knock off they just take their bags and go no one is updating us on whats happening.We got files on our hands only BP was done.Please help we gonna die there one day,
