Bad service

When you ask for service from the nurses they don't respond to you in time only when they feel to attend you they do so my mom was admitted on Wednesday at 14:30 and only at 12:00am was she given any form of medication for pain and only then was the drip inserted to her arm and when she asked why so late there was no reason given and the doctor who is supposed to attend to her comes very late sometimes after 12 midday today it's already 14:00 and he hasn't attended her yet from Wednesday till today she's been in the hospital we don't know why she's there no one can tell us what is going on because our family doctor reffered her because of kidneys from the hospital side and the doctor who is supposed to be helping her nothing has been said to her and I am very disappointed as this is a private hospital or supposed to be one the only staff there friendly and helpful are the cleaners administration and security guards the rest are just useless
