Bad Service

My aunt is in Potch hospital from Thursday 10 December, she has cancer and doctors told us to prepare us for not so good news so yesterday we went to visit my aunt we where there about 14:50 visitting hours are 15:00 so security stopped us at the gate and said visitting hours are 15:00, when it was time to go in security checked every one's bags, me my mom and grandma where there when we came in the hospital the lifts did not work so a old lady had to climb 3 floors up and she had to stop every second that is really bad, how do they get people that cant move from up there down to the operation floor if the lifts doesnt even work. Today my aunts husband went to hospital to gave his wife cooldrink because its so warm there no aircorn inside there so she needed something to drink, then the security didnt want him to go trow but they let black people go through time was 12 o clock i just feel that our loved one is dying and this is our last moments with her our heart are very sore about this situation. Something must be done about this and the hospital is not so clean at all staff is sitting doing nothing really
