Bad service

Yesterday we had an emergency my husband was taken by an ambulance for emergency service and we got help. But then we had to open a file the gentleman who was assisting me was extremely rude he said I have to pay R588 because we are foreigners so I said I don’t have that money now I can only pay R300 he then said if I don’t pay the hospital won’t assist us. So my question was that so because we foreigners you won’t assist us he said he’s only doing his job. Secondly they admitted by husband & we must pay R2 108 o don’t have a problem with that but the service was ****py & now that he’s been admitted I’ve been calling the hospital since yesterday they don’t answer tried calling this morning as well to check on him cause he doesn’t have his phone I called ********** they don’t answer so how do we then keep in touch with the patient if they don’t answer they rude the nurses were extremely rude last night at ward 9 4th floor it’s not fair
