Bad Service

My baby was admitted wednesday night due to fever , thursday afternoon I was told that they going to move me to another ward bcause they have admitted another patient who has 2 kids , the nurse said I must move or share the ward with 1 kid but because I have a 6 months old baby I decidd to move not knowing that the ward they moving me to does not have a toilet or bath . I was moved because their receptionist was admitted I dont understand why they did not put her in the empty ward
