Bad service

Sammy marks clinic at Pretoria Gauteng it is a very horrible place to go to,, you get there sick and the way they speak and treat patient will make you worse,, it is a night mare to be there,, i was in the clinic by 6am because if you dnt wake up early you won't be helped,,, and today it is my appointment date,, a person called Ernest working at reception took (white paper) my file on Saturday n misplaced it even after I told him that the sister said they must find my yellow file and put it together with the white one so my health history can match,, now he lost it n found only the yellow one and tells me and I must go n sit down n I will be attend after the people sitting at the reception whom all found me at the clinic,, im only here for collection of medication cause I run out 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭my biggest concern is the nurse called Fikile at baby section,, she has a very bad attitude,, doesn't even examine you when helping, she always does half job then you need to come back another day, please assist me with contact information of someone I can report to please 🙏🙏i will post on hello Peter as well till someone assist me,, i was supposed to go to work now it's late
