Bad Government servant service

I've just moved to Blackheath from Mitchells Plain and I needed to take my 18 month old baby for injections on the 15th February 2016. I arrived at the blue Downs clinic at 09:20am after I received directions from my neighbour for the nearest clinic<br> Upon my arrival the Assumingly Head nurse wearing white and maroon badges ask me why do I come at this time. Despite the fact that I explained that I've been looking for a clinic and I'm new to the area. She told me point blank I have to come back at 1pm for the afternoon clinic and I cannot hand in my baby's folder now it must be done in the afternoon<br> I returned at 12:30pm and the clinic was like a ghost town due to everyone being on lunch. I handed in my babys folder and advised the reception that its his first time here so he doesnt have a folder at the clinic<br> At 14:20pm I followed up at reception as the clinic is extremely empty and we still haven't been assisted. The receptionist said yes everyone is on lunch and his mouse is not working so thats the reason why he cannot open a folder and I just need to wait.<br> Im disappointed. If I would've known their service is so perthetic I wouldve gone to Mitchell's plain clinic.
