Bad Customer care

<p>Dunnoter Clinic known as Nokuthela Ngwenya clinic their service is so poor we've been waiting in the que since 12Oclock today no one is attending to us no one is telling us anything and yet this is a community clinic, I went in to ask what was happening the sisters on duty told me that they were on lunch and i must go and wait in the que told them that everyone whome we found there have left and now its only the two of us me and the other lady and its been 3 and half hours now. even their respond to me was not a proffesional way to respond as they are well trained something have to be done about this Clinic we know we have to wait in the que when its fully packed not when its empty.</p>
