Bad attitude

I took my mother to Bheki Mlangeni Hospital in Jabulani just opposite Jabulani Mall and we arrived at 20:15 when we got there the staff was so unprofesional and rude they don't even explain where you should go first the que was mixed with first time visitors and referrals and the securities are so useless and there's also favouritism one will get assited if you know someone from the hospital (hospital workers) the toilets are a mess there's blood on the floor with used drips and patiants dirty gowns and linen.The clerks were having their own conversation very loud and laughing not assisting anyone when we asked to speak to the matron in charge we were advise that she's somewhere in the hospital and we must call her out self.
