Assistant with dept of health service

Good day I trust you and your family are safe. I am writing to you regarding my mother. She is a 59 year old woman working for the dept of health in Limpopo Giyani as a staff nurse. She went to upgrade her qualification to be a sister. In January she personally submitted her certificate to the dept as requested so she could be elevated (translated) and paid as a sister. The issue is now everyone who submitted with her all elevated and paid as a sister. Its been since January 2020 we have been following up with the people responsible and also she involved the dept union with no success. Everytime they say next month and its been 5 months now and its only fair to back pay her and get what is rightfully hers. My problem is its now affecting her health. Shes not well informed of steps to take to solve such. She's done what she could and what she was adviced to do by the dept people. Which was to submit 3 times, went to the offices to follow up, contact district manager and also the union and also completed a grievance form but still nothing is happening. It doesn't make sense that she submitted with everyone but hers did not get to the head office? Maybe once id understand but 3 times in the hands of a specific person but still not get to the head office?! Sadly its not the 1st time something like this happens and we just let it go. It is highly affecting her health. Im willing to take this further as it has been a matter shes been trying to resolve the mature way yet she failed.

I am so sadden by the service received from the dept. I mean for 5 months with no help. Its annoying to mention the least.
