arrogant bad service socialising with personly iss

took sick mom 2 hospital admin &1st attendant nurse gud then by docs side mom on whilchair called by doc then called me on cell from outside as a procedure took her 2 counter were 3docs sitting talking laughing making h5`s ignored us took mom 2 toilet had severe diarhea came back 2 doc stil ignore us ask for help doc said I CALLED HER SHE NEVER RESPONDED I CALLED ANOTHER PATIENT ask what to do now said we must go back to the Q I question type of service he repeated I CALLED HER SHE NEVER RESPONDED I CALLED ANOTHER PATIENT & said WHO AM I TO ASK HIM ABOUT HIS WORK friend doc inerfered said its rude to tell the doc how 2 do his job went outside 2 wait but kept on coming 2 take her 2 toilet 3.5hrs later my brother went 2 folow up both docs & him start argue told him WHO IS HE 2 COME ASK ABOUT HOW THEY WORK manager nurse involved and helpful within 15mnts she had a drip and was in a ward same bad service hapened in March my pregnant daughter not due was bleeding took her 2 hospital was never atended 2 whole night went to check her folowing day senior nurse gave me stinking & I dont care atitude manager nurse covered 4 her shes the only senior nurse on duty & not sure for night shift
