absolutley disgusting attitude

on the 12th of August 2015. my mom took my youngest brother to the clinic in Orange farm ext 1. she was sent to see a nurse in room 3 at 11:53 am were she received a terrible attitude from this lady nurse. as we all know that when a child stays out of school, the child needs to provide the educator with a letter stating why he was absent. my requested for a letter after a consultation and she was told that there are no stationaries and she could provide the educator with the card which was issued to her when she opened up a file for him. as in my understanding, that file is suppose to have personal information as to why the child is in the clinic the first place.<br> my mom then told me that she went to the reception area to request for a letter from them since she was not getting any help from the nurse in the 1st place and she was routed back to room 3 and because they don't know anything about not having stationaries. that's when I contacted my mother and decided to step by asking her to please give the nurse the phone so that I can explain to her then she gave me attitude and she quickly gave my mom a phone while I was speaking to her. the other nurses refused to give her name.
