a nurse complaining and horrible words she said

Hello im Laura from garankuwa zone 1,I went to Phedisong 4 clinic to do a CTOP, I arrived around 10:30 on friday 19/06/15,found nurse Zodwa who told me there was no Ctop on fridays and she laughed at me saying that I look stressed and she told me to come tuesday 23/06/15 at 7:00am,6:53 I was already here and waited 3hours and I was the 1st patient then nurse zodwa complainned about being sick and she wont help me,she will refer me to george mukhari hospital,I tried to reason with her in a nice manner and she shouted me saying she is sick and wont be forced to work and I dont do her a favor by being here and its not her fault that im in a situation that im in,
