A diabete patient fighting for his life because of bad service from Pelonomi government hospital

Giving one star as a ratting is of a good heart for Pelonomi Hospital in Bloemfontein, the government site not the private one

I am very very very disappointed with the service I got myself, I am diabetes patient and had sewer chest pains and decided to go consult at the hospital yesterday around 4 pm afternoon, due to a lot of people I understand that we have to wait for those who got there before us, I eventually got a bed as it was my turn and was moved from triage to casualty where the Doctors are at, a night passed on a morning passed on. And a day passed on, I had to beg sister to check my sugar levels, people came in and out, doctors exchanged as I sat there helpless and in pain, forgot my actraphane insulin at home, as I begged the sisters to assist me they told me they can't give me anything except the Doctor said so, I asked for pain killers I begged for injection and all I got was attitude as if being there was the only option for my life, but still I stayed, they thrown my wife out as if they going to help me but still nothing, a bed beside me got a new patient and they were assisted while I sat there in pain and my sugar levels rising even when the drip was on, even an actrapit for sliding scale was never prescribed, around 4pm I went to ask a vhenda looking lady gave me a stinking attitude, until a guy nurse tried to assist me by checking my sugar levels which were above 16 because I missed my insulin intake for yesterday night and this morning, he tried to assist and they both his poor head off, I apologise on his behalf, this is to say the rate of deaths will never drop as long as we have such careless servants of the health department, why don't they have investigators act as if they are patients to see people who say they are serving the community are careless and full of stinking attitude and can't assist, Diabetes kills millions of people and worse of them all as the this Month is the diabetes awareness month I am very disappointed, out of all the the admitted more than 70%of us were diabetes cases and yet we got such service. I will never make a mistake of going to that he'll hole, a day and night care for kids and adults as most go there and come back without any assistance, what a poor service from our very own people, we apologize that some of us don't afford private consultation and hoping we will get assistance from our government institutions, IF I DIE TODAY OR TOMORROW MAY IT BE KNOWN IT WAS BECAUSE OF BAD SERVICE I GOT FROM PEOPLE WHO GET PAID FOR TREATING US LIKE TRASHES AND GAMBLE WITH OUR LIVES
