My father was in the hospital for about 2 weeks. When he came out of icu he was very weak and when he arrived in the ward he began to vomit and the nurse got angry at him and left him like that until we came to visit him. The day he got discharged we waited about an hour and a half for his discharge papers and another hour for a wheelchair. I had to give my ID for insurance. When we got outside I told the security guard that I am coming back to bring back the wheelchair and get my ID back. When I brought the wheelchair back the nurses in all the elevators refused to let me in, I had to pull the wheelchair 2 stories high and also had to wait a hour to get my ID back. Eventually when I got my ID back I went downstairs, the same security guard snapped on me shouting at me because visiting hours was finished. I then told him I only went back to take the wheelchair back and to get my ID from the nurse, he then started to flirt with me asking my number and to take photo's of me to watch at, at night. This is a security guard, they are suppose to be professional. And to end that off. They chased out a lady who came with her husband and she had to sleep in the streets. Most security guards is rude and disrespectful and some nurses are negligent. There was some nurses treating a whole bunch of patients with the same gloves!
