Poor service

M very much disappointed in nhlakanipho secondary school, from the principal to HOD and the teachers that where mocking a student in front of her family member, it was a said moment, to see poor service being done or no sort of emphaty, is this the type of service that our government is giving us, when we send kids to school, even if these an issue with a student, these protocols that needs to be followed, not that nonsense I saw today.
