Hi All, <br> <br> It makes me so proud when our systems work, and Gerald Britz is a shinning example of this. Gerald was assigned to help me with a Consumer Complaint, and despite the fact that the investigation is still ongoing, Gerald has been so efficient, professional and helpful though out this process.
