Unpleasant, unfair, unprofessional = this department.. Pay back my money

<p>Department of arts and culture, sports and recreation. (Highway house - durban)</p> <p><br />This issue is very much long outstanding.. I submitted a quote, received an order on the 4th May 2011, delivered the goods, had the delivery note signed on the 10th May 2011 submitted an invoice and I still have not been paid to date. I tried engaging with the department to no avail. Left messages with the cfo's (miss Zinhle Buthelezi) secretary, wrote emails to no avail until I sent an email to head office which resulted in me being contacted by the current scm manager ( Mr Nhlanhla Ngubane) on the 29th July 2016, requesting my supporting documents (request for quote, quote, delivery note, invoice) which I scanned and emailed on the very same day.</p> <p>Section 38(1)(f) of the PFMA requires that contractors and service providers should be paid within 30 days of receipt of invoice. Now this invoice in question is years outstanding. I have not received any feedback from your office since.. I have been sending emails thereafter requesting feedback and my money to no avail.. I hear there was an investigation being done re cover quoting on non deliverables hence the delay. Utter *******.. I submitted all the required documents, why have I still not been paid? How many years later?<br />They keep going on about wanting to promote small business empowerment yet are the very same people that cripple us.. All this this time they are quiet, I must run after them for my money, yet had it been that I had not delivered the goods on time then I wouldve been penalised...</p> <p> </p> <p>I'm sick and tired of this department . My company has been crippled, swimming in debt and they don't seem to be bothered.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have all the supporting documents at my disposal.. Stop saying you want to empower us yet you cripple us. Pay me my money</p> <p> </p> <p>Pay back my money</p>
