I wish to know that was true

Last year I entered siswati short story competition, the rules was to email only they said they won't accept hand delivered due to covid 19. So I've emailed my short story and there was no feed back so so I used one of the contact that was on the post to contact them, I ask when would I receive feed back and they said they didn't receive my short story.
