record keeping disaster

<p>My father resigned from the department in 1988 and went to work for department of education thereafter. Where he had a device of three years. He worked for department of agricultural for 28 years. I have requested some records of my father from the registry office in kimberley talk to a lady called Kgosiemand and was told they have no records how is this possible. I have been to the place where my father work spoke the the manager in charge by the name of Mohlale who give me the contacts of the office in kimberley. How is this possible that none of my dad's records could be trace it can't just vanished like that. I need answers! !!</p>
