No Delivery

I app**** for a veterinary Import permit during May 2015 and paid the amount of R150.00. On the 18 June 2015 I started to make enquiries and was informed that the permit was posted to me on 26 May 2015. I requested proof that it was posted to me by ordinary post and should I want a certified copy I must pay R130.00.I was not prepared to pay for a certified copy as you may not charge a fee for certifying a document.<br> <br> I cannot belief that they could send a valuable document without registering the letter . I had to cancel my hunting trip and they wont even provide me with proof that the permit had been issued.<br> <br> I have never experienced such poor service in my life. They have that approach \ we are untouchable """"
