Thank you to Ms Almarie Opperman in Nelspruit (Department Community Safety Security & Laison)

I would like to give a special thank-you to Ms Almarie Opperman from the department of Community Safety Security & Liaison in Nelspruit - she was wonderful in supporting me to pay a traffic fine incurred in Nelspruit by an overseas visitor of mine who had used my cell phone number as a local contact when she rented a car from AVIS. I am based in Cape Town and was forwarded the fine by AVIS car rental - I tried to pay this through paycity but I was unable to do so as I was not the driver. I also tried ABSA, Standard Bank, Nedbank, and Pick & pay - none of them could help me because there was no easypay number attached to the copy of the fine AVIS supp**** me with and the reference was out of province? I ended up phoning Mpumalanga municipality and was forwarded to Ms Opperman - who supp**** me with banking details to pay the fine. She was most gracious and extremely helpful - thank you again for your wonderful service and support. It's lovely to receive such awesome service after the challenge I went though with the other methods. You made my day. Excellent customer service.
