Bad Service at one of Kruger National Park Cafés

I took a game drive at Kruger National Park earlier today and decided to have a coffee at one of the cafés inside at Kruger Station in Skukuza and was assisted by a lady named Vutivi. I odered two cappuccinos and a latte and waited 40 minutes for my order. There were about 12 customers who purchased coffees after me but got their orders few minutes later. The service was poor and I felt like I was not respected and valued as a customer. Was not treated fairly. That was the poorest service ever and that kind of service should not be tolerated.
