Deorista 142 pty ltd (**** insurance *******)

Good day all. Not sure where to start but I’ll do my best to be as thorough as possible. This isn’t exactly a review but rather a warning and awareness creation about a **** company by the name of Deorista 142 pty ltd ( company number M*** ) “phone number” ***, Director is by the name of “Botha van Niekerk”. A couple of months ago I ran a credit check against my name to find out why I don’t qualify for bank loans as I’ve been employed for several years now, make decent money and I’ve never taken out loans before. When the credit check results came back I found out that a judgment had been made against me by this company I’ve mentioned which , if searched on google, states that it’s an insurance company. Anyways the judgment was made several years ago and I had absolutely no clue that a summons had been issued against me requiring me to go before a magistrate and present a case. Apparently judgment was made against me for unpaid services rendered however, I’ve never ever taken out insurance let alone even heard about this company prior to the credit check. I’ve never been contacted by such a company via phone call, email, or even received a letter of demand and could also see that my personal information such as my address or phone number nor his details for contact was made available. Obviously I decided to google the company and find out what’s going on only to find out that the phone number on google is non existent which was an immediate red flag. I continued doing research and decided to investigate the company via bizhub (company search) which provided me with a list of additional companies registered by the same director and all using the same non-existent phone number. On further inspection I decided to google the addresses that the companies apparently are registered to only to find out that they belonged to completely different organizations that actually do exist. When the same **** phone number is searched on Truecaller the name “Thembi money wo” appears. I’m hoping that by publishing this post someone else comes across the same info which would greatly assist in current investigations taking place. If anyone has any information or has had any similar issues to me please do contact me ASAP. For safety sake I have decided not to use my real name while investigations continue.
