MOST DISRESPECTFUL AND RUDEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER RECEIVED

Such a disappointment. Owners falsely accused us of being ******* over the phone telling us "he knows our ways " even though we have NEVER met him before. as we are not even from the same province he is located in. (He obviously had us mistaken with other people, seeing that our meat was marked with an other business name, and not our own) We got the wrong meat. ordered chili cheese wors, instead got cherry cheese wors. even though this is a simple mistake that could have happened to anyone and we would have accepted this. He swore and shouted at us , telling us we are the ones that came in and wrote down cherry cheese, even though we where never even in the butcher. we made all our orders via phone.

have never been treated so badly with such disrespect. Charged us R45 PER KILOGRAM just for the processing of the meat. That's excluding the chili "cherry's" and cheeses etc. for meat that is not even how we ordered it.

Definitely would never recommend.
