transaction gone wrong

on d 18th of may 2015 DEON'S FRESH FARM PRODUCE in limpopo own by mr deon was supposed to pay a sum of 2000 rands to my *** for service rendered which was mistakenly sent to a different *** ... since dat same night d mistakes was realise bt mr deon has refuse to take proper action by layin a complain in bank and follow d procedure to retrieving d Money and forwarding it to d right acc. its has switch off his phones and every access to him which makes d whole tin nw questionable. all I want is dat d money get retrieved and sent the right acc.
