Very Rude and unprofessional call centre agent Mashudu

I had a very bad experience with Mashudu Phongo who called and was rude on the get go. No telephone etiquette, no professionalism. She gave me wrong details of the company and when I asked for more information she said I’m sure you have it. The agent had no respect or manners in a way that the conversation went side ways. I have incorrect company details that she gave and she refused to give us the company email. Instead she offered to give her own details. With high rate of ****s I wanted to verify that is the company as the number came in as 078 when she called.
