Unacceptable service

This company did my Tax, they said i am due and x amount and when SARS paid there was an issue and when i tried to get hold of them they don't answer phone calls emails or whats apps. They want me to pay for a service i did not receive. I still haven't received all the money and i asked them to release my profile so i can do it my self they said they will do it and i still haven't heard from them again. This is been going on for months now and i am shocked about this service. I will not pay for a service i did not get.
