Deo Swanepoel Properties estate agent terrible services
I bought a property through Deo Swanepoel Properties estate agent around end of March 2025. On the 19th of May 2025 I realized that as per Annexure C page 3 of 4, I wasn't provided with the building plans. I then asked the estate agent and his principal since the 4th June 2025 to provide me with the building plans. It is now the 11 November 2025, I am still waiting the principal doesn't even give me any feedback.
