I want my money back!

I registered at Denver Technical College, Pretoria Campus- Du Toit Street, in February 2024. I did my N5 there. I was not pleased with their teaching style, so I decided to not register there for my N6. The problem is that my N6 fees were paid in advance without my knowledge, so I went to the school to ask them to refund me. They made me fill up a refund form- I did that, I also submitted the proof of payment as requested, and I wrote my reason for wanting a refund. The form was written that it takes 3-4 weeks to get the money back. I've waited for too long already, and they haven't refunded me or said anything. I need my money back because I have to use it to pay for tuition at the institution that I'm currently studying at.
