My sister attended at this college since beginning of this year 2019, she wrote tests and submitted assignments receiving results and all for past semesters. This year November she was supposed to write exams then she was informed she is not registered with the college. When she enquired about the matter, the tuition fees and exams she was told they can't help her, reason is that one of their employees was taking the money and not submitting it for the student(my sister). Am enquiring because the institution has to be liable even though they might have dismissed the employee who was doing *****. The concern is that the institution does not want to reimburse my sister for fees she was paying all along for tuition.
