Completed my qualification but i have to proof :(

i have completed my N6 in 2019 passed all my subjects and the app**** for my certificates and my Diploma. it is 2021 and i haven't received my N6 certificate or my diploma. this is draining me as it robs me of opportunities to get promotion. i went to the college countless times. re-submitted my applications but still nothing happened. i am highly dissapointed
