Avoiding Responsibility

<p>After a windy day here in Ballito, My silver Picanto suffered a dent right next to the door handle.. A co worker then suggested using Dents R Us. Their response was quick & efficient, after setting up their equipment they got straight to work.. - Initially the co worker & I thought the method was a bit rough but thought nothing of it as this is their profession... After some time I was told the dent cannot be removed & it was too close to the locking mechanism... I was not charged the call out fee as it could not be repaired.. - NOW I KNOW WHY...</p> <p>That afternoon I got in my car & noticed my lock did not want to close properly.. I thought it was my imagination, but then as the days went by it eventually became impossible to lock my car with the remote as the hammer on the inside would get stuck & then just refuse to lock ! I now have to lock my car manually!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>I contacted Nicolas & explained the situation - he then asked for a formal quotation. I recieved a quote from Kia to open the door panel & asses the damage.. I sent this to Dents R Us MULTIPLE TIMES.. Nicolas then assured me it was with the insurance.. I have waited more than 4 months!!! He avoids my emails & always has an excuse...</p> <p>I WILL TARNISH YOUR COMPANY NAME UNTIL THIS MATTER IS RESOVED..</p>
