Poor service and untruth above broken car door handle

Repairs done as requested to front right door and left rear door - but my problems started thereafter. A few days after I have picked up the Micra, the left rear door could not open from the outside. I reported that to Dents 'N All and they requested me to bring in die car - en then their 'stories' started. According to their version the door lock is broken due to wear and tear. They still can't answer the most important question - Why was this not mentioned to me during the repair process or when the job was done. This is just unacceptable and I will never trust this company.
