Worst service imaginable

After the same problem a year ago I had high hopes of getting a simple stove element from Dents in Durbanville. The guy promises me no ****** around this time. Monday- started the process. He said Tuesday he might not make it but Wednesday the element will be ready. But he got my number and keep me in the loop since I wanted to know the price. Thursday 8am- Walked in, so the excuses started. It will be there in the afternoon. We BOTH agree 3pm (between my meetings) I can come to pick it up. AGAIN a empty promis of a phone-call regarding the price and if something happens. 3PM - I'm in the shop. Now the guy starts phoning to find out where the part is. It will be there in about 30 minutes?? I complained so the OWNER came up. Does not see my point about empty promises, driving up and down etc. In her own words "You should be thankful for our help" ??? (This place is a JerrySpringer show) Dropped my next meeting, went straight to a place called SnowParts, and bought 2 of the elements over the counter.
