Non-existent service

I phoned Dents Electrical in Durbanville about a month ago, and requested advice about, and a quote for a backup power supply at home. An appointment was set for a few days ahead, and I arranged my schedule to ensure that I would be at home that day. No one arrived, and when I phoned the following morning to query this I was told that they were too busy, and a second date was scheduled. One of their staff eventually arrived, but he was unable to answer any of my questions or give me any advice about what I should install. Instead he merely took down some details, and told me that his office would provide the quote and be able to answer any questions I had. It is now more than two weeks later, and I have not received any quote, nor had any contact from Dents. Their service is non-existent, and I recommend you look elsewhere if you need any services that they supposedly offer.
