Poor service

Insurace approved claim in june and said the panelbeaters will call to confirm when can i send my car to repair the dents. Numerous calls were done to check when can i send my car to their workshop and managed to send it on the 15th of august after i have raised my voice in good condition. When i went to check the status of my car was told that i cannot enter where the panelbeating is done i must wait for them to call me to pick up the car. They called on friday, 13 september at around 16:30 to come collect the car and i told them i wont make time as i am currently far and we agreed to take it on monday. I went to fetch the car monday and was happy that body was repaired. The car was taken out of the workshop and was given the keys without checking if it was roadworthy as it has been kept in their possession for a month. Few kms away from king i heard a funny noise and the car was losing power and i stopped at the side of the road. When i tried to put on the ignition the car did not start. I reported the matter to them and they sent one of their employees to investigate. The guy saw the water leakage and said i must identify where the car must be taken or even the nearest garage and will arrange the towing service of their company at 800 as they only do panel beating. I arranged with my insurance and the car was taken back to dentrite. To date i have not received any further communication with regards to yesterday's incident. The service of this company us very poor, i have never been this frustrated in my life, i have dealt with panelbeaters in and around king williams town and never had any problems
